Term Definition
The Holy Quran

An Abrahamic sacred book, all of which has been revealed to Muhammad (pbuh) by God. According to bibliographic documentations, not a single word of it has changed through the centuries. Quran invites the followers of all religions to unite under the same word and fight against the arrogance.

The Holy Quran is the sacred book of Islam, entirely revealed from God (through the angel Gabriel) to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as the final revelation to humanity. Among all Islamic sects, the Quran is the basic common denominator, encompassing the basic Islamic principles. The most distinctive feature of the Quran, compared with the Torah and Bible, lies in it being miraculously preserved from any corruption and distortion whatsoever, remaining fully intact from the time of the Holy Prophet. The Holy Quran consists of 114 surahs (sections), each composed of ayas (verses).
